Technical Lead

The Tech Lead is a detail-oriented, hands-on technical leader who sits at the intersection of engineering execution and team leadership within the Supply Chain technology team. Reporting to the Head of Technology, this role is expected to write code, conduct code reviews, and stay deeply involved in day-to-day technical decisions, while leading one or more development squads and shaping the systems that scale with the business. The role requires a leader who can balance hands-on technical depth with people leadership — someone who explores new technical frontiers, discovers innovative solutions, and knows when to ask for help and when to offer it.

Proven experience in backend OOP languages, preferably Java, Golang, Node.js, Scala, or other open source technologies • Proven leadership experience with a track record of guiding and growing engineering teams • Experience in supply chain domains such as logistics, warehouse management, procurement, or inventory systems is a plus but not required
