Founding Engineer - EWOR-backed Stealth AI Startup

Munich, Germany (Onsite 6 days/week, Saturday off)

€60,000–€80,000 + 0.5–2% Equity

We're partnering exclusively with an EWOR-backed stealth AI startup that's building an AI-native platform transforming enterprise logistics. Already loved by multiple enterprise customers and delivering 400%+ operational efficiency gains, they're now hiring their first two engineers to help scale the business through its next stage of growth.

You'll be...

• Working directly with the founders.
• Shaping the technical direction and engineering culture.
• Building core product features from the ground up.
• Solving complex architectural challenges.
• Shipping quickly in a highly AI-native engineering environment.

What They're Looking For

• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Excellent architectural thinking and system design skills.
• Experience building in startups or high-growth environments.
• Comfortable taking ownership and working autonomously.
• Passion for building with AI and modern AI development workflows.
• Python and/or Go experience is helpful, but not essential.
• Fluent English, German highly advantageous
