JMK Holdings manages a diverse portfolio of businesses across multiple industries and international locations, including silicone rubber manufacturing facilities in Weatherford, TX and Manchester, England; restaurant locations in Fort Worth and Alpine, TX; a game and cattle ranch in Alpine, TX; and a cigar company headquartered in Weatherford, TX. Our global operations depend on robust IT infrastructure to connect customers, vendors, and employees worldwide. We're seeking a forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer to assess our technology ecosystem, implement strategic solutions, and drive digital transformation initiatives across our diverse business portfolio. This position is based at our silicone manufacturing facility in Weatherford, Texas. The ideal candidate brings expertise in network management, specialized software deployment (including Manufacturing Systems and Restaurant POS), cloud infrastructure, and comprehensive technical support.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize IT infrastructure, including cloud services, cybersecurity frameworks, business applications, servers, Microsoft 365 administration, and endpoint devices
- Oversee unified communications systems (voice and data) across multiple global locations with emphasis on reliability and performance
- Manage systems administration and respond to business-critical IT issues with appropriate urgency and expertise
- Research, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and competitive advantage
- Serve as the subject matter expert for hardware lifecycle management, IT tools deployment, implementation strategies, and end-user support
- Evaluate hardware, software, and service providers for network infrastructure, unified communications, and related technologies
- Cultivate strategic vendor relationships and manage escalation processes during service disruptions or performance degradation events
- Support and optimize the ERP system for accounting, inventory management, production reporting, procurement, order processing, billing, and all other aspects of manufacturing operations
- Develop and enhance automation capabilities through scripting, APIs, and integration tools to streamline business processes
- Deliver responsive technical support to ensure system reliability and user productivity
- Manage electronic data interchange (EDI) implementation and integration with company ERP systems
- Maintain and update all company hardware assets and software applications
- Collaborate with the IT team to provide comprehensive on-site incident management, service delivery, and support across all business units; troubleshoot and resolve user requests, change management, incidents, and complex problems
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in contemporary network technologies (SD-WAN, cloud networking, security)
- Hands-on approach to supporting diverse software environments, with emphasis on manufacturing systems
- Exceptional multitasking abilities with strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, including translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Self-directed with proven ability to take initiative and drive results
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Detail-oriented with a service-focused mindset and collaborative team approach
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining API integrations across multiple programming languages and platforms
Preferred Experience
- IBM Power Systems/AS400 experience
- Knowledge of modern ERP manufacturing systems and implementation methodologies (mature Epicor CMS ERP Solution in place)
- Familiarity with cloud-based restaurant POS systems and digital ordering platforms
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/Great Plains
