Senior Technical Lead (Node.js, NestJS & TypeScript) at BairesDev

In this role, you'll serve as a strategic technical leader, evaluating the current architecture, designing the PaaS migration to Vercel, and ensuring the platform scales securely. Combining hands-on expertise in NestJS and Next.js with strong architectural judgment, you'll define the technical direction that positions the platform for reliable, scalable growth. What You'll Do

• Evaluate current architecture and design the migration strategy to Vercel.
• Define system architecture and scalability planning for the platform.
• Lead deployment of applications to serverless and PaaS environments.
• Ensure the platform scales securely and reliably.
• Guide engineering teams on technical decisions and best practices.

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong expertise in NestJS and Next.js with TypeScript.
• Proven experience in system architecture design.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Experience deploying applications to serverless or PaaS environments.
• Experience with Vercel.
• Background with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with scalability planning.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
