Director of AI

We are seeking a forward-thinking, results-driven Director of AI to lead the organization into its next phase of digital innovation. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT/Digital roles, with significant experience in a leadership position overseeing digital transformation or AI projects.
• Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and other emerging digital technologies leveraged in manufacturing or services industries.

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of digital experts, data scientists, and engineers.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy with strong emphasis on AI.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of digital and AI projects, from conception to deployment and scaling.
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure the impact and ROI of initiatives.
• Drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions to optimize processes, enhance decision-making, and create new revenue streams.
