Chief Technology Officer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Strategy: Formulate a technical strategy centered on algorithm optimization and AI applications in alignment with company goals, ensuring the technical direction stays focused on business growth and operational efficiency.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the engineering team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
3. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards.
4. Innovation & R&D: Track and evaluate emerging trends in Global AI and algorithms; drive technical innovation and R&D to enhance the company's competitiveness and business efficiency.
5. Risk Management: Identify and assess technical risks; develop risk management strategies to ensure technical systems and data security.
6. External Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with external technical partners to secure technical support and resources.
7. Budgeting: Formulate and manage the technology department's budget, ensuring rational resource utilization to achieve technical milestones.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate technical communication and coordination with other departments' management teams to ensure effective synergy between technology and business units.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Experience: At least 8+ years of technical leadership experience with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams.
3. Technical Depth: Deep understanding of software development, system architecture, and technical infrastructure.
4. AI Expertise: Closely follow emerging trends such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI; possess the hands-on ability to translate AI technology into practical business solutions.
5. Communication: Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with management and teams across different departments.
6. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, capable of making sound judgments in complex technical environments.
