We are partnering with one of the most influential creative tech platforms in the world to drive social content that commands attention. We aren't looking for a "social media manager" to schedule posts or a "brand strategist" for static decks. We need a Relevance Strategist specializing in the AI environment and Creative Tech Tools, and who understands the creator/creative audience: a rare hybrid who is as comfortable learning a creative tool and understanding the GEN AI landscape as dissecting what conversations hold attention on social for creative minds building things.

You will be the bridge between an AI creative tool and social attention. Your goal is to take one of the world’s most sophisticated Gen AI tools and make it the most culturally resonant brand in the social landscape. You will be responsible for unlocking creative, cultural, and platform strategies that unlock social storytelling and entertainment

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Design, write, and communicate social-first creative across platforms that prioritizes organic reach with creators and creatives, monetizing their creativity and unleashing their creative potential.
• Position the client at the center of the Gen AI conversation, making relatable content that drives cultural relevancy in social platforms.
• Concept and drive recurring social formats (mini-series, live streams, or platform-specific "shows") that build loyal audiences, translating consumer insights into creator-led social content. Work daily with a creative team, helping them with the KPI of organic views.
• Identify and educate the team on emerging voices in the creator, tech and AI space. Maintain deep knowledge of creators owning emerging conversations - from AI Gen geeks to creatives starting their business.
• Conduct daily scans of the social landscape to identify real-time cultural signals and formats, allowing the brand to "act fast" before the news cycle becomes stale.
• Partner closely with social creators to ensure the creative tool/ products and messages are paired with actionable cultural insights to fuel high-performing content.
• Deliver reports on social conversations and community sentiment, serving as a flexible strategic resource deployable across multiple initiatives.
• Be comfortable commenting and interacting with a social community, bringing positive attention to places within the category, on social media.

Experience & Knowledge Required

• A background in GenAI and an understanding of the ever-changing, always-on creator conversation and a genuine finger on the pulse of the creative maker space. You don’t just find the news; you understand it.
• A track record within the GenAI and creative maker ecosystems, maintaining an active presence across the specific communities, subreddits, and events in that space.
• Experience in social strategy, content curation, or community management for nuanced audience segments and technical cohorts.
• The ability to spot early cultural signals and translate them into strategic value for clients, even in the absence of traditional strategy frameworks.
• Exceptional writing skills for crafting internal reports, cultural stewardship, and POV documents.
• A "hacker mindset": you like to experiment, break things, and find the shortcut to attention.
• You are chronically online, deep in the web, and know your way around a suite of creative products. You know and understand social media, creative thinking, and the creator economy.
• Strong curiosity, "go-getter energy," and a bias for action to ensure insights drive tangible, executable creativity.
• An understanding of viral creative and platform mechanics.

Base Salary$65,000—$75,000 USD
