  • Generate high-impact insights on trading activity, market structure developments and regulatory changes, delivering these through client meetings, publications and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with traders, quants, technologists and product teams to develop new analytics, methodologies and trading capabilities.
  • Enhance the team's analytics platform, leveraging large-scale datasets to create innovative tools, visualisations and client solutions.

  • Strong programming experience in one or more of Python, kdb+/q, SQL or R.
  • Excellent analytical and statistical skills, with a passion for extracting insights from large and complex datasets.

  • Excellent attention to detail combined with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating across trading, sales and technology teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of electronic trading, execution algorithms, transaction cost analysis, market structure or one or more financial asset classes.
