Overview
Our team is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include: Playing a pivotal role in the development of a new approach to enterprise workforce planning that will drive consistent, transparent and centralized methods to deliver budget, forecast
and monthly financial analytics. Driving scalable process development and documentation efforts for both sales and corporate workforce planning workstreams.
Evaluating company financial data and making financial predictions based on analysis.
Preparing detailed written financial reports. Developing financial data models, reporting and visualizations that help to guide decisions on hiring across all levels of the organization.
Providing financial analytical support for Talent /HR/Legal organization G&A expenditures driving month-end close analysis and reporting, re-forecast and budget development ensuring a forward-looking lens
to inform and guide leaders/management.
Supporting ad-hoc analyses for strategic financial initiatives across the Talent/HR/Legal organization.
Contributing new ideas to drive continuous improvement to business processes, systems and tools from a financial planning aspect.
Telecommuting permitted.
Qualifications
M.S. in Finance. 24 mo. exp in any related position to Financial Analysis. 24 mon. in: Forecasting; Budgeting & Planning; Variance Analysis; Financial Models; Enterprise Financial Planning Systems; Opex/Capex Analysis; Power BI; Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA); Scenario Analysis. 40 hrs/wk. 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
