Full Time Hair Stylist

Sweetwater, the nation's #1 online retailer of pro audio equipment and music instruments is seeking to hire a Hair Stylist for our onsite Wavelengths Salon and Spa. As part of our mall, the Wavelengths Salon and Spa is one of the many amazing amenities available for both employees and the public.

Responsibilities Will Include

• Provide a wide range of hair services including but not limited to cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and services.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards. Help with laundering capes and towels daily.
• Stay up to date with current trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
• Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent customer service.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive salon environment.

• Valid Indiana cosmetology license.
• Proven experience as a hair stylist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hair care techniques, tools, and products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
