QTI is partnering with a well-established organization in Wisconsin to identify a Web Developer to join their Marketing team. This position will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing digital experiences across multiple web platforms.


The ideal candidate will combine strong front-end development skills with a passion for user experience and collaboration. This role works closely with marketing, design, and internal teams to create engaging, responsive websites that support business goals and enhance the user experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and update website content and functionality using HTML and CSS.
  • Develop responsive user interfaces that perform across browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and technical teams to bring digital initiatives to life.
  • Translate design concepts and mockups into functional web experiences.
  • Optimize website speed, performance, and overall user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website and interface issues.
  • Support website enhancements, updates, and ongoing maintenance efforts.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, design standards, and user experience across digital platforms.
  • Support website integrations and ongoing digital initiatives.
  • Stay current on web development trends, technologies, and best practices.


Qualifications:

Required:

  • 2+ years of professional front-end web development experience.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency with HTML and CSS.
  • Experience building and maintaining responsive websites.
  • Understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and modern web design best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.


Preferred:

  • Experience with WordPress.
  • Graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with Git workflows and version control.
  • Experience with JavaScript.
