React Developer - Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled React Developer to build and maintain modern web applications and reusable UI components. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in React, TypeScript, API integration, state management, and front-end engineering best practices.

Working within Agile teams, you will collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend developers to deliver scalable, high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Build reusable, responsive, and maintainable UI components.
• Integrate applications with backend services using REST APIs.
• Implement and manage application state using Redux or similar libraries.
• Translate business and UX requirements into high-quality front-end solutions.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following development standards.
• Create and maintain unit tests using frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and performance issues.
• Collaborate effectively within Agile/Scrum teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Solid understanding of React Hooks, component lifecycle, and state management concepts.
• Experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit.
• Strong experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
• Experience with unit testing and test automation practices.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitLab, and Git-based development workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Pega Constellation using React SDK.
• Knowledge of accessibility and performance optimization best practices.
• Familiarity with component libraries, design systems, and modern front-end architecture patterns.
