Summary: As a Web Developer, you will spend your day designing, building, and testing web-based applications that support various components of websites. Your role involves editing and updating site content to ensure it remains current and relevant. You will also document technical designs and specifications to maintain clear communication and facilitate future development. Additionally, you will research new content and technologies to enhance the websites you work on, ensuring they meet evolving user needs and industry standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in ASP.NET MVC. - Strong understanding of web application architecture and design patterns. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create responsive user interfaces. - Familiarity with database design and integration using technologies like SQL Server. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize web applications for performance and scalability. - Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
