Frontend Engineer

About The Role

We're hiring a Frontend Engineer who's passionate about building world-class user experiences for complex, data-heavy applications. At Tipuli Tech, the frontend isn't an afterthought — it's where our product comes alive for therapists, clinic managers, and healthcare administrators. You'll build interactive scheduling calendars, real-time CRM dashboards, multi-step intake forms, drag-and-drop interfaces, and responsive data tables — all serving users who depend on speed and reliability. Our stack is Next.js 15 with the App Router, React 19 with Server Components, Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion. You'll collaborate closely with our product designer and backend engineers, translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, accessible, and performant components. You'll own the frontend architecture decisions for your domain and help shape our growing component library. This role is ideal for someone who gets excited about solving hard UI problems — RTL layouts, complex state management, real-time data synchronization, and making dense information feel intuitive.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional frontend development experience
• Expert-level React and TypeScript — you understand hooks, patterns, performance optimization deeply
• Strong CSS skills with Tailwind CSS (or willingness to become proficient quickly)
• Experience with Next.js App Router, Server Components, and Server Actions
• Eye for design detail — you notice 1px misalignments, inconsistent spacing, and awkward transitions
• Experience building accessible, responsive interfaces that work across devices

Nice to Have

• Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP, or CSS animations at scale)
• Experience building complex form systems with validation, conditional logic, and multi-step flows
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Experience with RTL (right-to-left) layout and internationalization
• Familiarity with data visualization (charts, graphs, dashboards)
