Frontend Developer

A fast-growing, VC-backed cybersecurity SaaS company is scaling its engineering team following strong growth across Europe.

The platform uses AI to detect insider threats and deliver personalised security training, helping organisations reduce human cyber risk through real-time simulations and behavioural analysis.

With a rapidly expanding customer base and a product designed to integrate seamlessly into tools like Microsoft 365, the company is building the next generation of automated, intelligent cybersecurity solutions.

The Role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you’ll take ownership of key parts of the frontend experience across both the product and web platform.

You’ll work closely with design and backend teams to build high-performance, scalable, and user-centric interfaces, with a strong focus on optimisation and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimise modern frontend applications
• Improve performance, load times, and runtime efficiency
• Design scalable frontend architecture and reusable components
• Work on user journeys, onboarding, and conversion flows
• Develop data-heavy dashboards and security insights interfaces
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, backend, and design

Key Requirements

We’re particularly looking for engineers with strong experience in:

• Performance optimisation (speed, responsiveness, UX)
• Tree shaking / bundle optimisation (reducing unused code)
• Frontend architecture (scalable, maintainable systems)
• Working effectively within delivery timelines and constraints

Tech Stack

• React
• TypeScript
• Modern tooling (Vite, Tailwind, etc.)
• Data visualisation (e.g. D3.js beneficial)
