Frontend Engineer

The role owns the architecture, development, and scaling of high-performance user interfaces and web applications serving millions of users daily.

The engineering team works closely with product managers and UX designers to build responsive, accessible, and resilient client-side systems where performance and user experience matter equally.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Design and implement scalable component libraries, design systems, and client-side state management architectures
• Optimize application performance, bundle sizes, and Core Web Vitals to ensure sub-second load times across all devices
• Integrate frontend services with REST and GraphQL APIs, implementing robust caching, error handling, and offline capabilities
• Write comprehensive automated tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress; maintain high test coverage standards
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to frontend architectural best practices

• 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on modern frontend development
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components)
• Deep production experience with React ecosystem tools, state management libraries, and server-side rendering frameworks
• Solid understanding of web accessibility (WCAG standards), cross-browser compatibility, and frontend security best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience in building user-facing software
• Bonus: Experience with mobile development (React Native), GraphQL schema design, or WebAssembly
