Most AI product UI looks the same because it's generated and nobody pushed back. Ours doesn't, on purpose, and that's your job.

The role.

You'd own the interfaces that make our work legible and our brand distinctive: the tsukumo site and the product surfaces people use to operate and observe agents. Motion and 3D where they earn their place, restraint everywhere else. The bar is work that doesn't look like it came out of a template, held to green Core Web Vitals, in production.

• 01Build and own production frontend in Next.js (App Router, Server Components) and TypeScript — real product UI, not throwaway pages.
• 02Bring motion and 3D craft where it serves the work (React Three Fiber, scroll-driven scenes), and kill it where it doesn't.
• 03Ship the streaming, agent-driven UIs people use to run and watch a fleet.
• 04Hold Core Web Vitals and accessibility as features you own, not a cleanup at the end.

Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, React Three Fiber, and our brutalist/acid design system. You'd help set the frontend bar for a founding team.

• 01 Deep React/Next.js/TypeScript, and you've shipped frontend that held up in prod.
• 02 Real taste — you can tell bold from noisy, and your work proves it.
• 03 You make the browser do hard things without dropping a frame.
