- Job Title: jBase Programmer - Job Type: Starts at 3 months, could extend — 20–40 hours/week - Work : 100% Remote - Location: Remote (client based in CST) - Engagement Type Contract - Rate: $27-$33/hr. – Inabia W2 - NO C2C - Work Authorization: ## Role Overview Parts Town needs a jBase developer to prepare its jBase database for an upcoming SAP conversion and to maintain jBase going forward. Parts Town's commercial-parts business already completed a similar migration; Parts Town Home (residential parts) was kept on a separate system and is now being brought onto the same platform. jBase will continue to be used as a WMS and for part of the website, so this is a data-alignment and ongoing-maintenance role rather than a full sunset. The engagement can flex from 20 up to 40 hours/week depending on need. ## Key Responsibilities - Make changes in jBase to prepare data in the correct format for the SAP cutover - Support and maintain the jBase database that will continue running post-conversion - Support jBase's continued use as a warehouse management system (WMS) and for parts of the company website REQUIREMENTS / MUST-HAVES - Strong, hands-on development experience with jBase - Comfort working independently on a flexible-hours remote engagement (20–40 hrs/week)
