UI Developer at BairesDev

As a UI Developer, you will create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces rooted in core web fundamentals. You will translate complex design mockups into functional, responsive web experiences, ensuring high performance and accessibility across all modern browsers and devices.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop clean, modular, and accessible user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript.
• Build responsive web layouts that adapt seamlessly to various screen sizes, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
• Optimize frontend performance by minimizing resource overhead and improving critical rendering paths.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent visual styling by adhering to modern web standards.
• Collaborate with design and backend teams to integrate interactive components and enhance the overall user journey.
• Implement best practices for web accessibility (A11y) to ensure inclusive digital experiences for all users.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Frontend Development or Software Engineering.
• Deep expertise in core web fundamentals, including HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proven ability to build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces.
• Strong understanding of browser internals and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with modern frontend tools and a framework-agnostic approach to development.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
