Front End Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Front End Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience building modern, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in front-end technologies, modern JavaScript frameworks, and a customer-focused mindset to deliver high-quality digital experiences in the e-Commerce and retail domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern front-end technologies.
• Build reusable, scalable, and high-performance UI components.
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, backend developers, and client teams to deliver business solutions.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Ensure applications are optimized for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement activities.
• Work in Agile environments following Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve commerce-related application issues while delivering innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Front End Development.
• Strong proficiency in:
• HTML5
• CSS3 / SCSS
• JavaScript (ES6+)
• Hands-on experience with:
• React.js
• Angular
• Next.js
• Material UI
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON data.
• Proficiency with Git and version control practices.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks, debugging tools, and front-end best practices.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the e-Commerce and Retail industry.
• Understanding of responsive design, performance optimization, and modern web standards.
• Experience delivering customer-facing digital solutions.
• Ability to identify and propose innovative solutions for business and technical challenges.
