About the right team member
The Marketing CRO Developer will be responsible for implementing web features and conducting experiments using custom JavaScript, HTML, and CSS on our consumer website. They will play a crucial role in the quality assurance process, ensuring optimal performance across various devices and browsers. Collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams, the Marketing CRO Developer will contribute to enhancing the marketing tech stack and participating in cross-team experiments on our consumer website and app.
About the role
- Leverage our existing tech stack to create innovative, revenue-driving experiments to improve our consumer web and app signup experience
- Scope the impact of new web experiments using data from Google Analytics, Snowflake, and Tableau
- Create new processes to implement never-tested-before web and app features that minimizes risk to performance while getting the ultimate business impact
- Project manage experiments using the DACI method
- Perform quality assurance checks on web and app features
- Monitor web performance metrics using Google Analytics, LogRocket, Optimizely, and Snowflake
- Minimum 2 years of Conversion Rate Optimization web development
- Strong experience developing websites independently
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Google Analytics, SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Familiarity with Contentful and Optimizely, or similar tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional project management and communication skills
