We are currently searching for a Lead Salesforce Platform Developer:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Lead technical design, development, and code reviews for Salesforce solutions.
• Build and implement Agentforce AI agents, prompts, grounding, RAG, and custom agent actions.
• Design and deliver Salesforce Data Cloud solutions including ingestion, modeling, and activation.
• Develop high-quality solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.
• Own delivery across the SDLC: design, build, test, deploy, and production support.
• Mentor developers and enforce Salesforce best practices, security, and performance standards.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and the Salesforce core platform.
• Proven experience implementing Agentforce in real business use cases.
• Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud in enterprise environments.
• Experience as a Tech Lead handling design ownership, code reviews, and team guidance.
• Comfortable working in Agile delivery models.
• Required Certifications: Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
• JavaScript Developer I.
• Integration experience using REST APIs and MuleSoft.
• CI/CD and Salesforce DX experience.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
• Advanced Spanish.
