Summary:

As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that the applications developed are efficient, reliable, and tailored to support organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
• Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and state management.
• Experience with front-end development tools and frameworks related to React.js.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Familiarity with integrating APIs and working with asynchronous data.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in React.js.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
