IT Communications Technology Specialist (SharePoint Front-End Developer / Implementer)

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Front-End Developer / Implementer to join a leading organization and take ownership of the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of SharePoint-based communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern SharePoint Online pages, layouts, and navigation.
• Build and customize SharePoint Web Parts, templates, and page structures.
• Create intuitive, structured, and user-friendly digital experiences.
• Optimize SharePoint sites for performance, responsiveness, and usability.
• Support ongoing enhancements to IT communication platforms and internal portals.
• Collaborate with IT, Communications, and Project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer or SharePoint Implementer - Must
• Strong experience with SharePoint Online Front-End development - Must
• Solid knowledge of SharePoint pages, Web Parts, and site architecture - Must
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience working with tools such as Figma - Must
• Good understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem - Must
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with HTML and CSS.
• Experience with JavaScript and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Experience building enterprise portals or intranet sites.
