Key Performance Indicators:

• Design and develop responsive user interfaces for the Kinesis portal.
• Build interactive and user-friendly web components and features.
• Implement modern front-end designs using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Ensure seamless user experience across all devices and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional interfaces.
• Conduct cross-browser compatibility testing and debugging.
• Maintain and enhance existing portal features based on user feedback and requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Required Competencies:

Core technical skills -

• JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Cross-browser compatibility and debugging skills.
• Understanding of web performance optimization techniques

Nice to Have -

• Flex - Experience with flexible box layout and modern CSS layouts.
• Figma - Familiarity with design-to-code workflows and collaboration.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
