Principal, Portfolio Value Creation, International Private Equity Fund
Location: Paris

Finatal is partnered with an international private equity fund, based in Paris, that is looking to add a Value Creation Principal to the team. The role is focussed on hands on support with management teams delivering VCPs, strategic input across the portfolio and working closely with the investment team on pre investment due diligence.
You do not need to be based in Paris, but be willing to commute and travel to portfolio companies. Fluent French is helpful but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive value creation plans across the portfolio
- Work closely with management teams to deliver growth – being hands on
- Take the lead on key strategic initiatives
- Pre deal diligence alongside investment team
Candidate Profile
- Prior private equity operating partner or value creation experience essential
- Significant consulting, operational and strategic experience essential
- Transformation, M&A, GTM, technology exposure highly desirable
- Additional European languages
