Role: Digital Analytics Engineer

Location : Minneapolis/ Dallas/ Charlotte/ Atlanta

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain JavaScript-based event instrumentation for web/mobile applications.
  • Configure Quantum Metric events, PII masking, encryption, and blocklisting/privacy rules.
  • Support production releases, validation, deployment, and post-release monitoring.
  • Enable real-time analytics use cases, including in-session intervention and cross-channel enrichment.
  • Troubleshoot incidents across environments and participate in on-call support.
  • Work with DevOps, Data Engineering, and business teams during U.S. business hours.
  • Support vulnerability remediation and maintain technical documentation.

Must-Have Skills:

  1. JavaScript / HTML5 / CSS3 – Strong hands-on development and client-side instrumentation experience.
  2. Digital Analytics / Instrumentation – Experience with Quantum Metric, FullStory, Contentsquare, or similar tools.
  3. SQL & Data Analytics – Ability to query and troubleshoot event/data flows.
  4. Production Support – Experience with deployments, incident troubleshooting, monitoring, and Agile/Scrum.
  5. Financial Services – Experience in a regulated/financial-services environment is preferred.
