Javascript A/B Test Developer - Remote

A good opportunity for a Javascript A/B Test Developer who wants a long-term remote position. Must have strong Javascript knowledge.

We’re looking for a long-term relationship with a junior developer. We’re willing to train you in our systems, but you need to bring strong Javascript knowledge.

As a developer, you’re going to be building variations of existing web pages so that they can be a part of an A/B split test. You’d be provided with an “experiment brief” that will tell you what web page you’ll be working on and what changes need to be made to that page. You will then set up the changes to the web page using custom javascript code you create and our proprietary test tool built on Google Tag Manager.

There will be times when we need help making UI changes. That’s why we need you to have a good eye for design and be able to change the look and feel of a page. Experience with design software is a plus but not a requirement.

After you build the version of the webpage that we will be testing, you’ll need to verify that it matches the design-mockups or instructions you were provided. You’ll want to check on the development/functionality descriptions, and test for errors on a page.

You will also conduct cross-browser testing via lambdatest.com to QA that your test is working properly. After you QA your test page, our in-house QA team will conduct another round of QA.

You must be willing to work business hours no more than 4 timezones from MST time (UTC -6). We’re offering flexible hours but must overlap MST business hours. This is a requirement, and we, unfortunately, can’t make exceptions, as timely communication is required. We will not work with anyone more than 4 time zones away from the MST time zone in the United States.
