Product Designer

AI products live or die on how people experience them. You will design the surfaces where users meet our systems: how trust is built, how uncertainty is shown, how a human stays in control. Our marketing site is a sample of the bar; the product work goes deeper.

We want a designer who thinks in systems and is happy in code, shaping real components rather than handing off static screens.

What you'll do

• Own product design for AI systems: flows, components, and interaction patterns.
• Design for trust: how the product shows confidence, sources, and human override.
• Build and maintain a design system that scales across client work.
• Prototype in the browser and collaborate closely with engineering.
• Raise the craft bar on everything that ships with our name on it.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years in product design with a portfolio of shipped, complex software.
• Strong systems thinking and a sharp eye for typography, layout, and motion.
• Comfortable in HTML/CSS (and ideally React) to prototype and refine real UI.
• You can design for ambiguity, data-dense screens, and edge cases, not just the demo.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI, data, or developer products.
• Motion / interaction design chops.
