The Associates play an integral client-facing project work. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the “so-what’s” therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in graphic arts/design, visual communication, user interface/ user experience design, web development or other related field preferred
- 2+ years of work experience in a professional, client-facing graphic/web designer or web developer role
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop primarily
- Demonstrated ability in designing high-fidelity prototypes in Sketch, Figma or other prototyping software, demonstrating user flows and interactive elements of the user experience and interface
- Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3
- Coding within Slate CRM or related CRM technologies.
- Expertise in server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS
- Proficient understanding of the Bootstrap Framework or other frontend frameworks
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
- Proficient understanding of WCAG/Accessibility standards and ability to develop to them
- Familiarity with WordPress CMS
- This is a Full time remote position
