As a valued educator / trainer leader in our vibrant shop, you will enjoy an array of fantastic perks

• Pay ranges from $18- $35 / hour including tips, commission, and bonuses based on personal and shop performance
• Bonuses and additional commission based on shop performance
• Commissions on retail, braids, updos, extensions, & add-on services
• Blowout, braid, and updo training that's paid

Enough about us, let’s talk about you! We are looking for a rockstar hair stylist educator who

• Has 1+ years experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist trainer or educator in the beauty industry in a hair salon, barber shop, or spa environment (newer educators welcome - if you know this is your calling we want to meet you!)
• Holds a current and valid state Cosmetology license
• Possesses exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to foster a positive, learning-oriented culture for growth and development
• Is available to work some nights, and weekends
• Is able to communicate in the best and challenging situations to achieve the desired result and find the best solution for all
• Has a proven track record of stellar customer service - customers love you!
• Can pivot easily with grace and stay calm under pressure, and multi task like a pro
