Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into functional, production‑ready software
- Proactively suggest and implement improvements to existing functionality and performance
- Collaborate with teammates to design new features and evolve our architecture
- Write clean, maintainable code and meaningful unit tests
- Use and enhance Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, tests, and deploys
- Follow security standards and engineering best practices throughout the SDLC
- Contribute to app infrastructure and keep documentation clear and current
- 5–10+ years of work experience in the field of frontend development
- Expert‑level programming skills in React + Typescript
- Deep understanding of FP, OOP, architectural patterns and scalable frontend design
- Confident knowledge of unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing (Jest, Mocha, Playwright)
- Experience with scalable state‑management solutions (Redux Toolkit, Recoil)
- Ability to take ownership of complex technical problems, perform trade‑off analysis, and make informed decisions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product owners, BAs and QAs, etc., communicate proactively, and raise risks in time
- Experience with modern ECMAScript standards
- Hands‑on experience building or maintaining Micro frontend architectures
- Experience in Spec Driven Development
- BEM or similar CSS methodologies
- CI/CD pipeline experience
- Experience leading complex frontend initiatives or cross‑team collaborations
- Contributing to or maintaining component libraries or design systems
- Work in an eco-friendly open office built in 2020 and nominated for the "Office of the Year" award
