We're working with a leading government services company that delivers enterprise solutions and operational management to federal government agencies. This organisation plays a crucial role in modernising IT infrastructure and supporting critical government programs.

The Role

  • Provide broad-spectrum user interface and user experience design services across multiple web platforms
  • Analyze existing web content and usability, gathering stakeholder requirements
  • Produce design plans and wireframes for new sites and applications
  • Develop user interfaces that meet branding standards
  • Provide training and guidance to developers, site owners, and citizen developers
  • Assess compliance with Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design and web development
  • Proficiency in user interface design for web content management systems, web applications, and low-code/no-code platforms
  • Experience with CSS and common CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind)
  • Hands-on experience with Drupal, SharePoint, and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and a U.S. Government PIV card
  • Must obtain ITIL V4 Foundations Certification within 90 days of start date
