Colorist

Our client, a Juniors + women's manufacturing brand, is looking for a strong Colorist to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and review color submissions throughout the product development process.
• Ensure colors align with approved standards and overall design direction.
• Communicate feedback and approvals.
• Track submissions, revisions, and approvals to help keep development on schedule.
• Partner cross-functionally to maintain consistency.
• Identify and resolve color-related issues before production.
• Maintain organized records of color standards, approvals, and comments.
• Manage multiple styles, colorways, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience.
• Strong eye for color and attention to detail.
• Experience working with vendors, suppliers, or external partners preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with color standards and the apparel development process is a plus.

Full Time On Site

Salary: $65k-$90k
