The Role
- Lead the development and standardization of modern user interfaces across enterprise applications
- Establish front-end development standards, best practices, and UI design guidelines
- Design user experience (UX) workflows, wireframes, and interface architectures
- Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performing web applications using modern front-end technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end solutions with RESTful APIs and backend services
- Create and maintain reusable UI component libraries for consistency and scalability
- Strong experience establishing UI standards, design systems, and front-end development guidelines
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user workflows
- Proficiency with ASP.NET Core MVC and Razor
- Expert-level knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs and backend services
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
