Profile Requirements:

• Min 2.5 Years of Proven Experience in professional web development experience
• Strong experience building and maintaining responsive websites
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or other modern web development languages
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, or other CMS platforms
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and website optimization
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
• Experience building landing pages and lead generation funnels
• Experience integrating CRM platforms and marketing automation systems
• Experience implementing AI tools, automations, and workflow integrations
• Experience creating internal dashboards and business management tools
• Knowledge of website security, hosting, backups, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with API integrations and third-party software connections
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting service-based businesses is preferred

Core responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain a modern, responsive company website
• Build high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns and lead generation
• Develop custom website features and functionality based on business needs
• Optimize website performance, speed, security, and mobile responsiveness
• Implement technical SEO best practices to improve search engine visibility
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for organic search rankings
• Install, configure, and manage Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
• Monitor website analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations
• Build and manage website forms, lead capture systems, and CRM integrations
• Develop automated workflows connecting the website with CRM, email marketing, and business systems
• Implement AI-powered tools including chatbots, lead qualification, and workflow automation
• Create internal dashboards, reporting tools, and business management systems
• Develop customer portals or internal administrative tools when needed
• Manage website hosting, domains, SSL certificates, backups, and security updates
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve website errors promptly
• Perform regular website maintenance, software updates, and plugin management
• Optimize website user experience (UX) and conversion rates through continuous testing and improvements
• Collaborate with marketing to support digital campaigns, lead generation, and website content updates
• Integrate third-party software, APIs, scheduling tools, payment platforms, and CRM systems
• Create documentation for website architecture, automations, and internal systems
• Stay current on web development technologies, SEO trends, AI tools, and industry best practices
• Recommend new technologies that improve business efficiency and customer experience
