Corporate Associate

Thompson Hine LLP seeks an Associate with three to five years of experience to join its Corporate Transactions & Securities practice in any of our Ohio offices. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working on complex transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions. Additional experience with commercial contracts or corporate governance matters is a plus. A superior academic record, strong work ethic and excellent drafting skills are required.

Compensation is determined by the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors. The anticipated salary range for this position is $200,000-240,000.
