Junior Project Manager – IT / Technology Systems

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, execute, and oversee technology projects from inception to completion. This role is critical in ensuring projects align with strategic objectives while meeting scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. You will serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, management, and clients to ensure functional requirements and contractual obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Lead projects from initiation through closure, defining clear objectives, deliverables, and priorities.
• Technical Coordination: Coordinate functional testing, validations, and production deployments.
• Resource Management: Assign tasks and resources based on team capacity and track project progress continuously.
• Client Relationship: Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing professional communication and strategic presentations.
• Quality & Compliance: Validate deliverables before release and ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Risk Management: Identify, document, and manage project risks, blockers, and dependencies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in managing technology projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Methodologies: Experience with project management methodologies, including traditional or Agile frameworks.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in planning and controlling project schedules and managing client deliverables.
• Preferred Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or Scrum certifications are desirable but not required.
