Senior Proposal Pricing Analyst with Security Clearance

Lead pre-award proposal pricing efforts, including RFP analysis, pricing strategy development, and submission execution
Develop Cost/Price Volumes, BOEs, and pricing narratives in compliance with solicitation requirements
Construct and maintain complex pricing models, including direct labor, indirect rates, and subcontractor inputs
Support Price-to-Win (PTW) analysis and competitive pricing strategies
Collaborate with capture teams, account managers, and business units to gather inputs and develop winning pricing approaches
Partner with Contracts, Recruiting, HR, and Finance to ensure accurate and complete cost inputs
Lead pricing reviews and present financial data and strategy to executive leadership, including the CEO and CFO
Ensure all pricing activities comply with internal estimating systems, proposal requirements, and FAR/DFARS regulations; maintain audit-ready documentation
Manage multiple pricing submissions simultaneously under tight deadlines
Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications: Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
8+ years of pricing experience, including at least 5 years of direct GovCon pre-award proposal pricing Preferred:
Experience with Deltek Costpoint
Familiarity with Price-to-Win (PTW) methodologies
Experience developing Bills of Estimate (BOEs)
Previous Leadership Experience In Pricing Or Program Control Functions
Experience using salary databases such as BLS, ERI, etc. Proven experience developing Cost/Price Volumes and pricing narratives for federal proposals
Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS regulations and compliance requirements
Experience supporting IDIQ Task Order proposals
Expertise in financial analysis, cost estimation, and competitive pricing strategies
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to all levels of management
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines
