Assistant Manager - Procurement

Handling end-to-end procurement activity of Electrical/C&I/Bought out Packages under EPC projects with mentioned core competencies.

• Responsible for development of Sourcing strategies, Vendor identification, Development and Analytical assessment, to strengthen supply chain effectiveness & Negotiating for prices, terms & conditions,

warrantee, formulating CSQ, Evaluating the best supplier with respect to quality, delivery schedule & Cost criteria.

• Skilled at reviewing technical specifications, cost estimates for installation & commissioning; reviewing contractor's change order proposals & submittals.
• Broad exposure to International Commercial terms & Process, handling documentation process with focus on delivering business solutions
• Effective reporting of the status of procurement activities of relevant categories for a project to enable the identification of delays and potential root causes
• Provide support to the project in terms of any interventions required while administering supply contracts for relevant categories
• Conduct regular procurement reviews in order to Meet the Project schedule.
• Developing long-term partnerships with local & foreign suppliers; managing day-to-day supplier performance to ensure meeting of service, cost, delivery, and quality norms.
• Consistently evaluating vendor performance to ensure adherence to predefined specifications and supply of quality material/execution of job works
• Expediting with the vendor for meeting delivery schedule
