CSI Companies is seeking an experienced Risk Finance Coordinator to support risk finance and insurance operations within a large healthcare system. This role focuses on professional liability insurance administration, certificate of insurance management, risk finance support, invoice review, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
This opportunity is ideal for a detail oriented professional who enjoys working with insurance programs, financial administration, compliance processes, and healthcare operations while supporting system wide risk management initiatives.
You will work closely with physicians, practice managers, insurance carriers, brokers, risk management teams, and corporate leadership to support professional liability coverage and risk finance operations.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: Onsite in Tyler, Texas
Pay: $27–31/hr

Work Authorization
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and eligible for W2 employment. No sponsorship and no corp to corp arrangements are available.
What you will do
• Administer daily operations related to professional liability insurance coverage for employed physicians and physician programs
• Coordinate insurance coverage for physician new hires, renewals, cancellations, and extended reporting coverage
• Respond to requests for certificates of insurance
• Collect, organize, and transmit information between healthcare facilities, corporate departments, state agencies, brokers, and insurers
• Support administration of commercial property and casualty insurance programs
• Assist with self insurance program administration activities
• Review insurance premiums and vendor invoices for accuracy
• Prepare invoices for payment processing
• Maintain accurate records and insurance documentation
• Coordinate with insurance carriers, brokers, physicians, practice managers, and department leaders
• Provide administrative support for risk finance committee activities
• Support safety, security, and emergency preparedness initiatives as assigned
What we are looking for
• High school diploma required
• Experience working within insurance, risk management, healthcare administration, finance, or related fields
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience working with confidential information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills
Nice to have
• Experience with professional liability insurance
• Experience supporting healthcare organizations
• Experience with risk management or risk finance functions
• Experience reviewing invoices and payment documentation
• Experience coordinating with insurance carriers and brokers
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
