Overview

The Quality and Compliance Specialist promotes a culture of continuous improvement within the 4Kids4Families network by monitoring the quality and regulatory compliance of network providers and providers from whom ancillary services are purchased. This position will lead the provider monitoring process, including routine provider audits, and partnering with network providers to develop improvement plans.

Responsibilities

Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

  • Conducts contract monitoring to ensure services are delivered according to agreements and regulatory requirements.
  • Provides quality assurance through performance analysis, site visits, and contrastive feedback.
  • Promotes compliance enforcement by addressing non-compliance issues and escalating as needed.
  • Facilitates full contract management, from development and renewals to amendments and closeouts.
  • Provides technical assistance and training for contractors and internal staff.
  • Maintains advocacy to strengthen provider capacity and support the growth of the provider network.
  • Facilitates conversations that promote a spirit of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Supports Quality and Compliance department in the development of performance improvement plans for network providers.
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for providers.
  • Facilitates joint monitoring process as applicable.
  • Conducts investigations of serious incidents, grievances, and complaints as needed.
  • Maintains and encourages a healthy staff environment and culture.
  • Conducts reviews, audits, and monitoring of assigned network providers according to the terms of their contract.
  • Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and regulatory agency standards.
  • May be required to drive vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete company vehicle training.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Service, Social Work or related field, a minimum of 2 years of related work experience, and a working knowledge of Minimum Standards for Child-placing agencies and/or General Residential Operations required.
