We are a leading global procurement and supply chain organization supporting multinational enterprises across a broad range of indirect spend categories.
We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Consultant to join a client-facing sourcing team supporting technology procurement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career procurement professional looking to develop expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract reviews, and stakeholder management within a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sourcing and procurement projects from initiation through contract execution.
- Assist in managing RFx activities, including RFPs, RFQs, and supplier evaluations.
- Review commercial proposals and contracts, identifying key business and contractual risks.
- Prepare sourcing recommendations and present findings to internal and client stakeholders.
- Coordinate with category experts and procurement leaders to develop sourcing strategies.
- Engage with suppliers regarding commercial terms, pricing, and service requirements.
- Track procurement initiatives, savings opportunities, and sourcing outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure timely communication throughout sourcing engagements.
- Maintain procurement documentation, sourcing records, and contract files.
What We're Looking For
- 1-4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, vendor management, consulting, commercial operations, contracts administration, or a related business function.
- Understanding of procurement fundamentals and sourcing processes.
- Familiarity with RFP, RFQ, RFI, supplier bidding, or contract management activities.
- Strong business acumen and ability to assess commercial proposals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional presence and confidence when interacting with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while leveraging subject matter experts when needed.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to technology, software, telecommunications, professional services, or indirect procurement categories.
- Experience supporting vendor negotiations or contract reviews.
- Consulting or professional services environment experience.
- Knowledge of sourcing tools, procurement platforms, or supplier management processes.
