NOW HIRING: Grants Management Specialist

We're looking for a Grants Management Specialist to handle grants and cooperative agreements assistance and procedures.


Salary: $62,729 - $121,371/year (varies by location and grade)


Locations: San Francisco, CA | Denver, CO | Washington, DC | Atlanta, GA | Chicago, IL | Boston, MA | Bethesda, MD | Woodlawn, MD | Kansas City, MO | New York, NY | Philadelphia, PA | Dallas, TX | Seattle, WA (Telework eligible)


What you'll do:

  • Provide technical assistance to program offices in the administration of grants and cooperative agreements
  • Perform assignments relating to the review, award, and administration of grant mechanisms
  • Evaluate program plans and strategies to ensure compliance with grant management goals and objectives
  • Prepare grant documents and correspondence to present information relevant to grant activities


What we need:

  • For GS-9: Experience identifying deficiencies in grant documentation, researching grant regulations/policies, and monitoring grants and cooperative agreements
  • For GS-11: Experience providing guidance on grants policy, analyzing budgets with program staff, and researching grants policies to address awardee issues
  • Education may substitute for experience (see announcement for details)


Grade Levels: GS-1109-9/11 (2 vacancies)
