You own cost accuracy across cabinet, joinery, and interior fit-out projects — ensuring budgets are grounded in measurable quantities, realistic production inputs, and controlled variation tracking. Your work protects margin and informs engineering and procurement decisions before commitments are made.

Day-to-day, you perform detailed take-offs, prepare BOQs, evaluate supplier quotations, and monitor project cost movement against approved baselines. You operate within defined scopes, documented workflows, and structured reporting cycles aligned with offshore delivery standards.

This role suits professionals who prefer precision, structured data, and accountability for cost integrity.

YOU’RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or construction cost control
• Hands-on experience preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and project cost reports
• Exposure to construction, interior fit-out, joinery, or cabinet manufacturing projects
• Working knowledge of cost estimation tools and advanced MS Excel
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and scopes
• Willingness to work onsite in Cebu IT Park, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Friday

STRONG SIGNALS

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
• Experience supporting tender preparation and bid evaluation
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar drawing platforms

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and develop project cost baselines
• Conduct quantity take-offs and produce BOQs
• Provide value engineering insights aligned with cost targets

Measurement & Cost Tracking

You maintain cost visibility throughout the project lifecycle.

• Perform detailed material, labor, and equipment quantity assessments
• Update quantity and cost reports across project phases
• Compare actual expenditures against approved budgets

Contract & Tender Support

You safeguard commercial accuracy during procurement stages.

• Assist in preparing tender documents and contract packages
• Evaluate supplier quotations and contribute to bid analysis
• Maintain documentation for variations, claims, and contractual adjustments

Engineering & Project Coordination

You ensure cost decisions align with technical realities.

• Coordinate with project engineers on scope, design, and schedule alignment
• Participate in project reviews to track risks and cost impact
• Provide cost analysis to support engineering decision-making
