Department Overview
We are looking for people who can play a role in facility management at Rakuten. This department is responsible for the construction and management of facilities, including the new Rakuten Crimson House headquarters, which won the Nikkei New Office Award, as well as other Rakuten Group offices in Japan and overseas.

Position Details
Specific Duties
- Formulate office strategies to support business growth
- Research, select properties, and negotiate contracts for office space and other real estate
- Planning for optimization of office space and resources, and enhancement and improvement of the working environment
- Support contract management and facility management for domestic and overseas group companies
- A person who is able to think flexibly and take on challenges even in a rapidly changing environment and situation
- The person who is highly motivated to set his or her own agenda for business problems and to work out a plan to solve them through appropriate communication with the people concerned until the end
- The person who is willing to create the best office for Rakuten Group without being bound by existing concepts
- A minimum of 800 points in TOEIC or equivalent level of English proficiency
- Experience in general affairs and facility management
- Basic PC skills (Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Contract work for commercial real estate
- Experience in project management and construction management for office construction, etc.
- Business level English skills (spoken and written)
- PC skills (Auto CAD, various browser-based tools, etc.)
