Controlling Administrator

Coordinating with site controllers, monitoring capital expenditure (CapEx), and supporting the CFO with financial system and process improvement special projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Management Reporting and Forecast Consolidation
• Consolidate monthly management reports, rolling forecasts, and annual budgets from BGs/BUs/sites into Group-level summaries for management use.
• Ensure reporting consistency, accuracy, and compliance with Group standards and timelines.
• Support preparation of Group performance reviews, variance analyses, and management presentations.
• Coordination and Communication with BG/BU/Site Controllers
• Maintain close cooperation with controllers across the organization to facilitate effective information flow and alignment on controlling practices.
• Coordinate analytical work for continuous performance improvement and operational efficiency.
• Promote sharing of best practices in reporting, analysis, and cost management.
• Capital Expenditure (CapEx) Management
• Assist in monitoring the Group’s CapEx process, including project pipeline, approvals, and spending control.
• Support investment evaluation, post-completion review, and compliance documentation.
• Special Projects
• Assist the CFO and Group Executives in financial system enhancements, process improvement initiatives, and other ad hoc projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or reporting in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills across functions and regions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SAP and BI tool experience preferred.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
