Role Overview
The Supply Chain Analyst provides procurement, operational, and administrative support for Nuclear Circuit Card Laboratory (CCL) and Reverse Engineering (RE) programs. This role is responsible for production reporting, cost savings tracking, procurement coordination, work scheduling, vendor engagement, and management of purchasing activities. The position serves as a critical link between engineering, operations, supply chain, and external suppliers to ensure efficient execution of technical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and distribute production reports for CCL and Reverse Engineering activities.
- Calculate, track, and report cost savings generated through repair and reverse engineering initiatives.
- Compile and maintain operational metrics, performance data, and management reports.
- Create and process Material Requisitions (MRs), Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Shopping Carts, and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Utilize SAP, NAMS, GEP SMART, and other business systems to support purchasing activities.
- Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and services required to support repair and reverse engineering projects.
- Manage and respond to inquiries received through shared departmental mailboxes.
- Interface with internal customers, engineering personnel, and external vendors to support project execution.
- Monitor maintenance and procurement activities to identify potential reverse engineering and repair opportunities.
Experience: 6-10 years of experience in business analysis, market intelligence, or business process improvement is required. Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain operations, or technical project support is also necessary.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis, is required. Working knowledge of SAP, GEP SMART, NAMS, or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is also needed. Expertise with Power BI, SQL, and Python is relevant.
