1. Sourcing & Category Support / 寻源与品类支持

Strategic Sourcing / 战略寻源: Lead the RFx process for MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations), Capex (Machines and Equipments, IT Hardware) and Services (IT software, consultancies) etc.

负责 MRO（维护、维修与运营）、资本支出（机器设备、IT 硬件）和服务（IT 软件、咨询）等项目的 RFx 招标流程。

Market Intelligence / 市场情报: Monitor the supply market for AI-sector manufacturing components, equipment or machinery to identify risks or new innovative suppliers.

监控 AI 领域制造零部件、设备或机械的供应市场，识别潜在风险或开发创新型供应商。

Supplier Discovery / 供应商开发: Identify and qualify regional/global suppliers to reduce dependency on "single-source" local vendors.

识别并审核区域/全球供应商，以减少对“单一来源”本地供应商的依赖。

2. Data Analysis & Financial Reporting / 数据分析与财务报告

Spend Analytics / 支出分析: Extract, cleanse, and categorize spend data from various ERP systems to identify consolidation opportunities.

从各类 ERP 系统中提取、清洗并归类支出数据，以识别资源整合机会。

Savings Validation / 降本验证: Track and report on Cost Savings (Hard) and Cost Avoidance (Soft) using standardized global procurement metrics.

使用标准化的全球采购指标跟踪并汇报“硬节省”（成本削减）和“软节省”（成本规避）。

Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) / 总拥有成本: Develop/Optimize models to compare supplier bids beyond the unit price, incorporating all possible cost components.

开发/优化成本模型，综合考虑所有成本要素，而非仅凭单价对比供应商报价。

3. Cross-Functional Coordination / 跨部门协调

Stakeholder Alignment / 利益相关者协作: Act as the liaison between the Procurement Office and Plant Engineering/Maintenance teams to ensure technical specs are aligned with commercial contracts.

担任采购部与工厂工程/维护团队之间的联络人，确保技术规格与商务合同保持一致。

Implementation Lead / 执行主导: Coordinate the roll-out of regional/global contracts at the local plant level, ensuring "Buy-In" from local stakeholders.

协调区域/全球合同在各工厂落地，确保获得当地利益相关者的认可与支持。

Contract Compliance / 合同合规: Monitor "maverick spend" and guide local buyers back toward preferred global suppliers and contracted catalogs.

监控“账外支出”（违规采购），引导本地采购人员回归使用全球优先供应商及合同目录。

4. Process Excellence & Reporting / 流程卓越与汇报

Prepare reporting decks for the Director, MRO Procurement to present to regional and global leadership.

准备月度汇报演示文稿，协助间接采购协理向区域及全球管理层进行汇报。

Coordinate with various stakeholders to implement process changes regarding purchase requests and purchase orders, aligning with global MRO & Capex procurement guidelines.

协调各方利益相关者，实施有关采购申请（PR）和采购订单（PO）的流程变更，确保符合全球 MRO 及资本支出采购指南。

5. Ad-hoc Tasks / 其他任务:

Execute other tasks and projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor to support the overall objectives of the procurement department. 执行直属上级安排的其他任务和项目，以支持采购部门的整体目标。

Job Requirements (JR) / 任职资格

Technical Experience / 技术经验

Education / 教育背景: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical) or Business/Supply Chain with a strong technical aptitude.

机械、工业、电气工程类或商业/供应链管理专业本科及以上学历，具备较强的技术理解力。

Experience / 工作经验: 3–5 years in a procurement or supply chain role, ideally within the electronics, wire harnessing, or automotive industry.

3-5 年采购或供应链工作经验，有电子、线束或汽车行业背景者优先。

Software Mastery / 软件技能: Advanced Excel: (Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex formulas) is mandatory.

精通 Excel（必须掌握 Power Query、透视表及复杂函数）。

Data Visualization / 数据可视化: Experience with Power BI or Tableau.

具备 Power BI 或 Tableau 的使用经验。

ERP Systems / ERP 系统: Hands-on experience with SAP (MM/PM modules) or Oracle.

具备 SAP（MM/PM 模块）或 Oracle 的实操经验。

Domain Knowledge / 领域知识

MRO Expertise / MRO 专业知识: Understanding of technical components (sensors, pneumatic cylinders, specialized tooling) and the difference between "Critical Spares" and "General Consumables."

了解技术组件（传感器、气缸、专用模具等），并能区分“关键备件”与“通用耗材”。

Indirect Categories / 间接采购品类: Familiarity with sourcing not just hardware, but also facility services and CapEx-related MRO or any form of services.

熟悉硬件、设施服务、资本支出相关的 MRO 或任何形式的服务寻源。

Analytical Rigor / 逻辑分析能力: Ability to find patterns in "messy" data from different global sites.
