Key Responsibilities
I. Business Advancement & Project Support
- Serve as the core assistant to the business leader, deeply participating in daily operations and high-priority project tracking to ensure the efficient execution of management decisions.
- Support strategic international initiatives across Latin America, Southeast Asia, and other emerging markets, including project development, financing negotiations, and government relations.
- Conduct market research and strategic analysis to prepare briefing materials and decision-making decks for senior executives.
- Assist with cross-border M&A, financing, and fund structuring projects from initiation through to execution.
- Facilitate commercial negotiations and coordinate communication with strategic partners.
II. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Manage global travel and calendar logistics for the CEO and senior leadership team across key international hubs (including London, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Bangkok, Santiago, and Bogotá).
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including embassies, international investment banks, law firms, and consultancies.
- Drive seamless collaboration and communication across teams operating in multiple time zones (London, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, and Latin America).
III. Market Insights & Executive Alignment
- Track and synthesize global energy market trends, regulatory updates, and macroeconomic insights to inform executive decisions.
- Push forward CEO-level initiatives, ensuring cross-departmental alignment and synchronized collaboration.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential corporate information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in STEM, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Corporate Strategy, CEO Offices, Management Consulting, Infrastructure, Energy, or Financial Services.
- Strong financial and data analysis skills, proficient in financial modeling, with a sharp acumen for capital markets, financial products, and cross-border financing.
- Familiar with investment, project finance, fundraising, or fund management; experience in due diligence and complex transaction structuring is a significant plus.
- Near-native or bilingual English fluency, with the ability to lead business meetings, pitch to overseas investors, and support cross-border transactions effortlessly.
- Exceptional execution and multitasking capabilities, with a proven track record of maintaining sound judgment and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
